This is for post-Series A companies that need senior marketing perspective without a full-time CMO.

Tactical execution needed? Pair board advisory with Embedded Marketer capacity for strategic guidance plus hands-on work, or work by the hour for flexible support between advisory sessions.
What’s included in board-ready reports?
Clean, executive-level marketing dashboards showing KPIs that matter to boards: CAC trends, pipeline contribution, revenue attribution, efficiency metrics. Less vanity metrics, more business impact. I help frame the story and highlight what matters.
How involved do you get in day-to-day marketing?
Not very. This is strategic oversight, not execution. I’m here for the big decisions, quarterly planning, board prep, major campaigns or changes. Your team runs day-to-day operations.
What if we need more frequent sessions?
We can adjust to bi-weekly or add project-based work. The monthly retainer is the baseline - we scale based on your needs.
Can you join board meetings?
If appropriate, yes. Some clients prefer I join to present marketing updates or answer questions. Others prefer to handle the meeting and use me for preparation and strategy.
