What if the scope changes mid-project?

Small adjustments are fine. If requirements significantly change, we'll discuss options: adjust scope, extend timeline, or handle changes as a separate phase. You'll never get surprise invoices.

What deliverables do we get?

Depends on the project, but typically: working implementation, documentation, training session if needed, and handoff materials. You own everything we build.

What happens if it takes longer than expected?

If I underestimated, that's on me. You pay the agreed fixed price. If delays happen on your end (waiting for access, approvals), we adjust timeline but price stays the same.
