Landing Page Rebuild
I rebuild your landing page in Figma to show you exactly what needs to change.
Not a list of recommendations. An actual redesign with annotated mockups + video walkthrough explaining every fix.
What is it?
I take your underperforming landing page, rebuild it in Figma with detailed annotations on what’s broken, then create a redesigned version showing specific improvements. You get visual before/after mockups - not abstract advice - plus a video walkthrough connecting everything together.
This is conversion-focused redesign. Copy clarity, visual hierarchy, CRO fundamentals, form friction, CTA placement, trust signals. Everything that determines whether people convert or bounce.
Need help implementing the redesign? Work with me by the hour for flexible development support, or use a Strategic Sprint to rebuild and launch it in 5 days.
What you get
- Annotated current state - Your existing page rebuilt in Figma with section-by-section breakdown of what’s killing conversions
- Redesigned version - Visual mockups showing specific improvements to implement
- Video walkthrough (15-20 minutes) - Me explaining what I changed and why it matters
- Priority ranking - Which fixes move the needle vs. which are nice-to-haves
- Full Figma files - Editable, ready to hand to your design/dev team
What pages work for this?
Product landing pages - SaaS signup flows, freemium conversions, demo request destinations
Homepage conversions - When your homepage needs to actually convert, not just inform
Campaign landing pages - PPC destinations, webinar signups, content downloads, event registrations
Pricing pages - Plan comparison layouts, upgrade flows, checkout friction points
High-intent pages - “Book demo,” “Contact sales,” “Get started” pages where deals disappear
Not a fit: Full website redesigns, blog content, or pages that aren’t conversion-focused.
The process
- You submit - Landing page URL + what it’s supposed to accomplish
- I rebuild - Recreate it in Figma, annotate problems, design improvements
- You get - Annotated current state + redesigned version + video walkthrough (48 hours from payment)
- You implement - Hand the Figma file to your team or use it as your implementation blueprint
Is this for you?
You need this if:
- Your traffic is fine but conversions are terrible
- You’re about to launch a campaign and want to fix obvious problems first
- You’ve been A/B testing blindly without knowing what to actually test
- You need visual mockups your team can build from, not a recommendations PDF
- You want to see what the page should look like, not just hear what’s wrong with it
Don’t need this if:
- The page isn’t live yet (I need to see it working in production)
- You want full-service implementation (I deliver the blueprint, you build it)
- You only need copywriting feedback (this covers design + copy + CRO together)
What exactly gets “rebuilt”?
I recreate your landing page in Figma as it currently exists, then annotate every section with what’s working and what’s broken. Then I create a second version showing how it should be structured for better conversion. You see both versions side-by-side.
Is this a production-ready design file?
It’s a detailed blueprint showing what to build. Not pixel-perfect dev-ready assets, but clear visual mockups with annotations explaining every decision. Your designers can use it as-is or adapt it to your brand system.
What if I want to implement the changes myself?
Perfect. You get full edit access to the Figma files. Build it yourself, hand it to your team, hire a contractor - whatever works. The files are yours.
Can you rebuild multiple pages?
This is priced per page. Multiple pages? We can do a package deal. Need a full funnel analysis? That’s the Performance Marketing Audit service.
How detailed are the annotations?
Every section gets specific feedback: what’s broken, why it matters, what to do instead. Plus the video walkthrough gives you the full context behind each decision.
Do you write new copy?
I’ll suggest copy improvements and show examples in the redesign, but this isn’t full copywriting. If your copy needs a complete rewrite, that’s a different scope.
