What roles can you help recruit for?

Do you source candidates or just evaluate them?

Primarily evaluation. You run your recruiting process (internal, recruiter, job boards). I help define what you’re looking for and evaluate who you find. If you’re struggling to source, I can refer from my network.

How many interviews do you participate in?

Typically final round interviews for your top 2-4 candidates. I can do more if needed, but the goal is to add value where it matters most - helping you decide between strong candidates.

What if we hire someone and it doesn’t work out?

Hiring has risk. I help minimize it with better evaluation, but I don’t guarantee outcomes. What I do guarantee is that you’ll make a more informed decision with better questions and evaluation criteria.
