Overview

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of asger.me and the services provided by Asger Teglgaard ("I", "me", or "my"). By accessing or using my website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

I provide marketing consulting services to B2B SaaS and tech companies. My services include but are not limited to:

• Marketing audits and performance analysis
• HubSpot consulting and implementation
• Strategic planning and workshops
• Landing page development and optimization
• Team training and advisory services

Engagement Terms

Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work. Services may be provided on an hourly basis, as fixed projects, or through embedded arrangements as agreed upon.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables created specifically for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and tools remain my intellectual property.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the engagement agreement. Standard payment terms are net 8 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Confidentiality

I maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and projects. Any confidential information shared during engagements will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

My liability for any claims arising from my services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

Either I or the client may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
